How Alpha answers

These apply from your next message, in new chats and ones already open. Agent mode follows only the answer language.

Preset

A preset sets tone, length, format, plain language and emojis. Your language, suggestions and self-reference choices stay as they are.

Tone Default How Alpha sounds.

Answer length Default How much Alpha writes to a question. A request for a specific length still gets it.

Suggestions Default Let Alpha add next steps, offers and questions back.

Answer language Default The language Alpha answers in.

Plain language Default Short sentences, everyday words, no jargon.

Format Default Prose, a list, or whatever fits the question.

Emojis Default Whether an answer may use an emoji.

How Alpha refers to itself Default As a machine that says so, or in a warmer first-person voice. Either way, Alpha never claims feelings or to be human.

Show the model and host Default Name which model wrote each answer and where it ran, under the answer and in X-ray.
